Booking Sessions
To manage your existing appointments (rebook, cancel, add sessions) there is a quick step by step tutorial below:
Step 1: Click "manage my appointment" from the top of our website or click here.
Step 2: Log in with the email address you used to purchase your sessions. You will be emailed a one time password. (usually within 1 minute)
You will need to use a new password every time you log in otherwise you will not see your bookings. This is a security feature.
Step 3: Please select "Subscription Bookings" and you will see your current booking details along with remaining sessions.
Note: If your subscription doesn't appear, please log out and log back in with a new one-time password (wait for the new email!)
Step 4: Click on " Manage" and then "Book Remaining Slots"
Step 5: Select the time that suits. You will be sent an email with the details and confirmation of your sessions. Address details and Zoom sessions details will also be sent at the same time.
